What to expect
Step 1: We meet for our first consultation where we discuss your goals and past history in nutrition and/or yoga.
Step 2: I assess if a program is right for you at this time and if so, what regime given a specific time frame.
Step 3: I provide you with a Food/Yoga Journal where you can transcribe your daily reflections. We will track progress and learn new tools.
Step 4: As an esteemed client, you will have access to weekly affirmations to keep you motivated and positive throughout the program.
Step 5: I will be in contact with you outside of our sessions by phone and email to answer your questions and provide advice and relevant information along the way.
